Class Scholarships
About the Program
At the Edwardsville Arts Center, we believe that art should be accessible to everyone. Our Scholarship Program provides free or reduced-cost classes to individuals and families who may not otherwise be able to participate.
Through the support of generous donors and community partners, we are able to offer financial assistance for a variety of classes and programs for both youth and adults.
Who Can Apply
Scholarships are available to individuals experiencing financial hardship. We strive to make this process simple, respectful, and confidential.
What Scholarships Cover
Scholarships may be applied toward:
Art classes and workshops
Youth and teen programming
Select camps and special programs
(Please note: availability may vary by program.)
How Much Do Scholarships Cover
Qualifying students may receive up to $250 in scholarship funds each calendar year. In the application, you may request to use a smaller percentage of your scholarship for several classes so the funds last longer, or use a larger percentage to fully cover one or two classes.
How to Apply
To request a scholarship, please complete our brief application form for a student under 18, or for students 18 and over. We review requests on a rolling basis and will respond as quickly as possible.
