Ceramic Pickup Information

We know how meaningful your ceramic creations are, and we want to make picking them up as easy as possible. To help with this, we now offer seasonal ceramic pickup hours—no appointment needed during these dedicated times.

Current Ceramic Pickup Hours:

  • Monday & Tuesday (Sept 22–23): 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

  • Wednesday – Saturday (Sept 24–27): No pickup available due to the Edwardsville Art Fair

  • Sunday (Sept 28): 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Pickup hours return to normal on Monday, Sept 29:

  • Monday–Friday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

  • Sunday: 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm

⚠️ Note: Even after the fair, pickup times may be busy. Please call ahead before stopping by to ensure your items are ready. EAC phone number is (618) 655 - 0337.

Please Note:

  • If your child participated in a ceramics class, we kindly ask that they accompany you during pickup to help identify their work.

  • You’ll receive an email when your ceramics are ready for pickup. If you haven’t received one, your pieces aren’t ready yet. Be sure to check your spam folder, and if you’re still unsure, keep an eye on our social media—we’ll post updates there too, since emails can sometimes get lost.

  • Outside of seasonal pickup hours, ceramics may be picked up by appointment only. Please contact office@edwardsvilleartscenter.com to schedule.

  • Pickup hours will be updated each season based on class schedules and studio availability.
